It all started with walking on the beach and a child’s passion for pebbles and rocks. My young girl pockets were always filled with stones -- special ones full of color, glitter or magic. As an adult my love for natural stone just seemed to evolve into a passion for jewelery. After opening a gift store with a friend which allowed me to highlight some of my own jewelery creations and giving me access to the world of jewelery-making which in turn opened the door to a whole world of stones, beads, crystals and silver, which in turn opened the door to my new creativity. My necklaces, bracelets and earrings have all ‘birthed’ from these special finds. I am always intrigued and challenged to create pieces that are both sophisticated and earthy at the same time -- something that can be worn equally well with jeans or that little black dress.
